Seems so long ago since I did the last blog. OK lets cut to the chase, Mr. Carwyn Jones is the Now New First Minister of the Welsh Assembly government, previously he held the environment post so he ought to be up to speed on Bio Gas Production from anaerobic digestion as no doubt is Mr. Gordon Brown.
I understand that there are some issues with it, what I do not see and the point of this blog 'JOINED UP THINKING' is that you never hear of it in relation to using Human Excrement as the fuel for the BIO GAS. Given that the watercompanies collect this via the sewage system, you would have thought that this would be the ideal site for the installation of an anaerobic plant, well wouldn't you.
So maybe this will be Carwyn's first freedom of info request, Oh and congratulations Carwyn on the new role. I have looked but could not find a map of Wales where all the Sewage Treatment plants Dwr Cymru have in Wales, could I have one of those Mr. Jones??? So that I could see whether for one thing there is sufficient land around them for an anaerobic digestion plant to be built.
As Human Beings out number any other mammals and the collection of waste is already there, it would seem obvious to situate these plants next to the sewage treatment works. I realise that there are bound to be some technical issues, but feel that we have the scientist capable of solving them, and again its a renewable source. Heck we are even paying for it to get there in our water bills. I wonder if with the right investment we could see those bills being reduced in the future as the waste would be assisting in electrical energy production. As no doubt the water company would still be charging for the waste unless measures were taken to stop that from happening.
Oh am I being clear enough???
After the bio gas has been produced can we ensure that the Sludge then gets treated so that a fertiliser is produced from it,and given to our farmers, or shipped to areas around the world who suffer from the greatest top soil erosion problems?, that or sold to the general public another bi-product that Dwr Cymru will not invest monies into producing. I have been lead to believe that this is done in Bristol, so why not at all sewage treatment works? Is it cost? To little quick cash to make, and sod the long haul? Does that rule all decision making?
THE EQUALITY HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION INVESTIGATING ABUSE OF VULNERABLE ADULTS CRAZYDAVE!
Yep I heard that on the Radio 5 Live broadcast today, the guestspeaker Mike Smith a commissioner of the EHRC talking the talk. What I wonder is will they be investigating the Welsh Assembly Government, and Cardiff County Council or the Local Government Ombudsman, as they have all dealt with my complaints in a totally dismissive manner.
I have the reams of correspondence from the LGO supplied by Cardiff County Council with reference to complaints made by me, and still I have had no direct intervention. That the council make pretend they know nothing of harassment or intimidation by various individuals towards myself, or that even the BBC have kept quiet about the complaints 'as if you deserve this kind of treatment Crazydave'. I still wonder if Mr. Tyndall has asked for South Wales Police records regarding complaints made by me, or read the blogs that ask for injunctions being taken out on my behalf, regarding Cardiff County Council housing officers, has he Mr. Jonathan or Rhodri Morgan?
So that is today's stuff I will be shooting some video to go along with this adding them before sending this to the Usual Suspects but I will be adding it to THE WELSH ASSEMBLY THE CRAZYDAVE FILES, incomplete as it is.
SUSTAINABILITY WOULD SEE ANAEROBIC DIGESTION OF HUMAN EXCREMENT USED TO CREATE BIO GAS.
Its all a question of when? Places like New York with its 8 million inhabitants contributing their twice a day number 2's ought to produce quite a bit of gas, heck we might get into praising large people for contributing that bit extra to renewable energy production, because people are not going to stop eating or using their bowels now are they. How much Bio Gas can a population of 60 Million people create per annum Mr Chancellor? Loads Crazydave Loads.
Plus while I hear that OFWOT is putting the pressure on Dwr Cymru to reduce their bills I don't hear of the Welsh Assembly assisting vulnerable adults on metering with roof water collection systems. My own are working lovely and I am making Dwr Cymru pay for all the years they have ripped me off because no one at the Welsh Assembly or the Council would challenge the annual charge they were making on my Council Flat, with the lowest meter readings they are likely ever to see. It means that I am bathing less, where is the shower Cardiff County Council? Where is the new back door Mr. Tyndall? More importantly where is the Corporate Complaint Number Mr. Tyndall seeing as you choose to believe what ever CCC say. I am still remiss of that in any best practice timescale that they have, and how many times have I had to remind you all of these things, in these blogs of mine???
You might check out how much one of the downpipe collectors cost from Dwr Cymru to figure out that those on minimal incomes could not purchase them, or that most vulnerable adults could not fit them. Where do all those 55 gallon blue barrels go when know one wants them Mr. Jones? How many vulnerable adults on meters could benefit from a wheelie bin in their toilets to re-cycle bath water or fill it up from their roof water collection barrels so that they aren't paying over the odds every time they have use the Loo??? What concrete measures are any of you considering that will directly impact on their lives, and their minimum income levels????Well EHRC so far none that I have ever heard of, isn't that right Mr. Mark Thompson BBC director general.
SUSTAINABILITY HERE IS WHAT THEY DO IN INDIA VERY INGENIUS SYSTEM!! From Wikipedia
Deenabandhu Model (India)
In India biogas produced from the anaerobic digestion of manure in small-scale digestion facilities is called gober gas; it is estimated that such facilities exist in over 2 million households. The digester is an airtight circular pit made of concrete with a pipe connection. The manure is directed to the pit, usually directly from the cattle shed. The pit is then filled with a required quantity of wastewater. The gas pipe is connected to the kitchen fire place through control valves. The combustion of this biogas has very little odour or smoke. Owing to simplicity in implementation and use of cheap raw materials in villages, it is one of the most environmentally sound energy sources for rural needs. Some designs use vermiculture to further enhance the slurry produced by the biogas plant for use as compost. The Deenabandhu Model is a new biogas-production model popular in India. (Deenabandhu means "helpful for the poor.") The unit usually has a capacity of 2 to 3 cubic metres. It is constructed using bricks or by a ferrocement mixture. The brick model costs approximately 18,000 rupees and the ferrocment model 14,000 rupees, however India's Ministry of Non-conventional Energy Sources offers a subsidy of up to 3,500 rupees per model constructed.
Maybe our hard pressed farmers in the UK might start they own Gober Gas production operation with some of that EU agricultural policy monies. They migfht even be able to compress the gas producted to ru their tractors on if there was a real interest in sustainability, and acting on good ideas. Yeah Pigs might Fly Crazydave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So just to remind everyone can I have a map of the Sewage Sites Mr. Carwyn Jones sir if its not to much trouble, also another FIR is 'Does the Welsh Assembly have any time scale for the introduction of Bio Gas plants next to Sewage Water Treatment works?'
All the Best people Joined up thinking isn't that hard to do is it? Helping the impoverished with simple systems isn't that hard to do is it Mr. Jones? Its just taking the actions that make it so Crazydave, thaaaaassss right!
UPDATE 8TH DEC 2009 LETTER FROM THE HOUSING OFFICE AT CARDIFF COUNTY COUNCIL FROM A KEVIN GALE? MORE CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE CRAZYDAVE APPEARS SO.It reads: dear Mr. Gabriel
Re: Condition of GardenI viisted you on the 3 December 2009 in order to speak to you about the condition of your garden. The garden is overgrown and unkept. In addition it is full of items of rubbish. furthermore, the boundary fence between your garden and that of your neighbour at 13 (removed for privacy), has been pushed out of line as a result of all the items that you have deposited against it.
This situation is unacceptable and you are in breach of your terms and conditions of tenancy.2.8 You are responsible for keeping the garden, outbuildings and any other open arreas in a neat and tidy condition.
(he goes on about 3.2 and then ends with the following).
I would lioke to arrange to meet wityh you to discuss the options for tidying up your garden. Please would you contact me without delay on 20537420 to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet. Please be advised that doing nothing or not responding to this letter is not a good option for you. As you are breaching the terms and conditions of your tenancy, if you do not take steps to rectify the problem, the council may arrange to undertake any necessary work and to re-charge you the cost of the work. In addition or alternatively, if the problem is not addressed, the council may take legal action to re-possess your property.
I look forward to hearing from you8 with regards to this matter. If you have any queries or if I can be of further assistance, please contact me on 20537420.Yours sincerely
Kevin Gale Housing OfficerWell I have rung the housing office and asked for Mr. Gale to forward me his email address so that I can respond. Hey Crazydave how often have you asked for laplock fencing for the back garden??? Seeing as that is what they are referring to this time, to often eh Mr. Tyndall of the Local Government Office. How many times have I had to ask for someone in authority either at the Council or Welsh Assembly or the Prime Ministers office or the House of Lords for an injunction against the housing office from wrting these letters to me seeing as how they never address any of my concerns do they Mr. Tyndall, not the new back door ( what ever became of that??) Or for fencing out the back so I can have a secluded garden, not ever addressed Crazydave.
Following the receipt of this latest, I shall be seeing if I can open up a bank account for the rent monies to be paid into and with-holding it from Cardiff County Council, I have mentioned previously that the Housing Office have made several attempts to constructively evict me and it looks like another. What the hell is the rent monies for, if not the upkeep of their property Mr. Carwyn Jones??? As Mr. Rhodri Morgan will be defunct with regards doing anything on my behalf I wonder if you will take up the cudgel, and do the right thing for a change so that I am adiquately re-housed with consideration given my health needs. But I doubt that eh Carwyn? So will I be back in the to telling Mr. Gale start the eviction process maybe then I will be given a solicitor who will THIS TIME give me 100%, not the betrayal of the duty solicitor in the Mr. Tram case, that nobody has given a tupenny stuff about South Wales Police perjuring reports to the court eh IPCC? eh EHRC?
Finally I have managed to upload the videos relating to this and a few other things to youtube now I have to go to an internet cafe in order to embed the videos to the blog rather than just putting their url's here. As the council library computers are still not allowing me to view the blogs, yes they will let me write them but not view them afterwards. Its foolishness upon foolishness with Cardiff County Council.
THE RIGHTS OF TENANTS TO HAVE THEIR LANDLORD MAINTAIN THEIR PROPERTY TO A REASONABLE STANDARD MR. TYNDALL.
